  12.    I have a C-128 with a Commodore 1200 baud modem running 
  13. Geoterm 2.1.   I would like to know how can I download uuencoded
  14. programs and get them to work. I would also like to know am I 
  15. equipted to go online with full internet acess.   If so what are
  16. the "Commie" hot spots?
